Your consultation with the psychologist is private. Find a quiet, private location where you will not be disturbed.
- It is best not to have the consultation in a public location (like a library or café), or a busy room in your house (such as the kitchen or living room, if you live with others).
- Tell friends and family not to interrupt you during this time.
- You will need sufficient lighting in the room to see the psychologist and allow them to see you on the video.
What do I do if the call disconnects?
- Disconnections and dropouts sometimes happen. Keep your phone nearby so the psychologist can contact you to continue or conclude the session if a technical issue occurs.
- If the call cannot be re-established, the session will conclude.
How do I pay?

- Payments are made using credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer prior to a session. Credit card payments can be made online via Stripe.
